Store Policies
Yarn returns- Yarn may be returned within six months, with original paper wrapper, in its original form. Yarn that has been wound into a ball may not be returned. Store credit only.
Books, needles, patterns, and notions are not returnable.
Class Policies
All classes and lessons are prepaid.
If a student cannot attend one class in their series a makeup session may be available in the next series, based on space available. Make up sessions are not guaranteed.
Cell phones- please set to vibrate during class. If you must take a call, please go outside of the shop, as we are a small space and phone conversations may conflict with the class.
Classes have a minimum of three students.
